Gifted by God, Owner of S &S Construction, Willie C. Stroman masterfully takes building and construction to the “Next Level”. He is known for taking a cleared-off piece of land and turning it into a dream come true for many of his clients. Mr. Stroman is highly skilled and specializes in all aspects of the construction site. He is a master designer of exterior stonework for residential homes, interior trim work, and even landscaping. Some of his greatest pieces of work include 3 story homes, large churches, apartment buildings, single-family home communities, complete renovations of storefront buildings, and repurposing of existing buildings. Mr. Stroman is also known for the exceptional work he does in repairing and restoring homes that were damaged by fire and/or water.

Mr. Stroman, affectionately known as “WC” by his family and close friends and “Chief Apostle” by those in the religious sector, is a native of Orangeburg where he resides with his wife, Necole, and children.

Willie C. Stroman is a graduate of Wilkinson High School. Throughout the years, Willie has been affiliated with a local Mason’s Lodge and community outreach programs. Mr. Stroman began early in life working and putting into practice the exceptional work ethics his daddy, the late Frank Stroman, taught him and pursued his passion and goal of being a multifaceted business owner.

Mr. Stroman began his career path at a plant formerly known as Palmetto Sash and Door Company. This led him to the start of creating and completing small home improvement projects. Many successful projects later, Mr. Stroman has become one of the most prominent businessmen in the greater Orangeburg area and a leader in the building and construction field. Some of his major accomplishments and businesses included :

1.) Little Precious Angels Daycare and a few other Commercial Buildings in Florence, SC;
2.) Commercial Buildings including Churches and Apartments in Holly Hill and Orangeburg, South Carolina respectively;

5.) H & S LAND CLEARING COMPANY;
6.)STROMAN RENTALS, INVESTMENT & MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC;

On any given day you may find Mr. Stroman framing a house or a church as a Contractor, on the phone in meetings with his land development company, or making minor repairs for his tenants as a Landlord, just to name a few. But you’ll find Mr. Stroman’s real passion is serving God as the Chief Apostle and pastor for over 40 years at The House of Praise Non-Denominational Church of Deliverance, preaching and teaching the word of God, not only on Sundays but throughout the entire week. Mr. Stroman has also longed to have a funeral home for more than two decades. So when the opportunity presented itself, Willie C. Stroman was poised to make the necessary building and structural modifications to what was then the church’s fellowship hall and create what is now the Greater Orangeburg Funeral Home, Morgue, and build from the ground up the funeral home’s crematory. As an added bonus Willie enjoys fishing, cooking, spending quality time with his family, and hosting community, family and friends fellowship events.
